Our client a AAA Games studio is looking for a Principal Graphics Programmer that will take a key role in a new project. Reporting to the Tech Director, this is a highly influential role leading team of up to 10 people in several programming disciplines including tools, systems programming and graphics. We are looking for proven professionals who are hungry for their next challenge and who enjoy getting their teeth into a varied and complex technical environment.


In this role you will contribute to defining best practices for use by the studio’s engineering team and apply those practices to designing, implementing, documenting and maintaining the highest standard of code and workflows. Setting an example of technical excellence, you will be a go-to expert to steer the team.


We are comfortable to hire internationally as we can sponsor someone needing Tier 2 VISA.

  • Fully established Graphics programming professional with AAA experience
  • Extensive C++ knowledge and skill
  • Shader, GPU, and Assembler programming
  • Expert 3D API knowledge
  • Advanced 3D geometry & Maths

  • Experience in leading the technical standards of a team
