AV Systems Designer - I now need an audiovisual system designer that has acquired relevant infocomm CTS qualification or similar. The role will see you designing and consulting on large and small scale av projects bringing together the latest kit on the market today. The projects that you will be working on will be commercial / corporate installations. Your background will need ideally to be from the commercial field where projects have ranged into the millions. Previous experience with designing systems for commercial, auditoria, education, command and control and beyond would be ideal, the necessary skills using AutoCAD are a must along with an excellent knowledge of Crestron / AMX control, Extron / Kramer switching, videoconference systems Tandberg (Cisco) / Polycom, Telepresence, IPTV and projection. This is a newly created role and will require that is looking to make the role their own and take on responsibility for design with the company structure. If you have some of these skills and experiences but need training to become fully fledged then you will be considered as well.
