Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and day to day running of their optimisation strategy globally
  • Assist in turning data from various sources (e.g. Adobe analytics, Adobe audience manager, Decibel, internal BI  etc..)into KPI focused, meaningful insight that helps to identify opportunities to improve conversion metrics and customer experience throughout the whole customer journey life cycle
  • Support the testing process from identifying testing opportunities, scoping out requirements, creating technical specifications, developing and executing tests, analysing their performance, making recommendations for improving customer experience and business KPIs based on the test results
  • Help to champion optimisation in the business by advocating transparency in customer journeys, KPIs and ongoing tactical tests  
  • Manage specific optimisation plans to build a presence as a competent Optimisation Executive
    6.  Build a deep understanding of marketing channels and these channel owners to plan campaigns that are optimised for conversion and customer experience
Desired Experience:

  • At least 1 year working experience with Web Optimisation solutions (preferably Optimizely)
  • At least 1 year experience with website analytics tools (preferably adobe SiteCatalyst) to understand consumer behaviour and site performance
  • At least 1 year experience with content management systems (preferably Adobe CQ5)
  • Familiar with  Digital Experience analytics solutions e.g. Decibel, Clicktale, Session cam etc..
  • Familiar with Data/customer management platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager
  • Broad knowledge of online marketing concepts and the role that usability and user experience play in achieving online business goals
  • Experience at a mid-size to large professional services organisation
  • Experience within a financial environment or a niche-product based company
  • JavaScript and HTML experience

  • Relevant degree / post graduate degree in Marketing or appropriate Economics or Maths based qualification
  • Professional chartered marketer (CIM) or similar qualification
