Media Manager

The International Media Manager will be a blend of multi market strategic and media coordination activities across different markets. The team is in charge of the whole media process including strategy, planning, implementation and reporting across several markets and the Account Manager will lead the client and work closely with local teams.

Responsibilities include:
• Report to the AD and take responsibility for the day to day output and adding value by checking and validating submitted work
• Proactively manage the overall preparation and delivery of regular deliverables across several campaigns at the same time
• Be the key contact for clients at any given point of the campaign activity
• Be comfortable in pushing back when necessary in order to deliver quality work
• Manage up and down to ensure good workload distribution across the team
• Present, participate and help to capture ideas in media brainstorm sessions
• Act as custodian of client processes both internally and externally, as well as ensuring teams’ understanding

Who we’re looking for:
 The candidate will have 3 years experience in a media agency preferably in an international capacity
 Italian and/or German a huge plus
 The candidate has a thorough understanding of the whole media planning and implementation process and the role of media (atl and digital)
 They will have regular client contact and should be able to operate at ease in developing and managing client relationships
 They will have experience of preparing and delivering senior level presentations to clients and internally
 They will have the ability to balance workloads whilst reactively managing multiple internal stakeholders
