My client is an international blue chip SaaS business with offices throughout Europe and the US guiding marketers to confidently invest in media with knowledge and expertise. A market-leading provider of a software platform for online marketing, the company was founded in 2007 and now boasts an amazing team of over 200 people globally. These guys have amazing products which they're proud of due to their high performance, and they work to improve them every day. 

The role:
-UK and France Team Lead 
-Line manage X3 CS Managers 
-Inspire your team to work towards company goals
-Encourage everyone to use their skills and knowledge
-Responsibility for recruiting and on boarding new hires 
-Weekly reporting / forecasts and team development
-Account management for high-class customers
-Identify and align clients goals
-Define success metrics with value and functionality
-Build long term relationships
-Monitor and report on customer usage and success 
-Ensure maximum value from investment for clients 
-Identify and grow opportunities 

Skills & Experience:
-6+ years’ experience in an AM or CS role
-4+ years hands-on marketing experience
-2+ years’ experience in leading a team
-Proven exp leading workshops and programs
-Proven track of building and leading a team 
-Willingness to travel in Europe (20-40%)
-Passion for learning and coaching
-Excellent comm skills, English required, French is a plus
