This is a brand new opportunity for a paid media specialist to join this successful, well established business in Malta and take them to the next stage of their journey and build out paid media team.

With over a 100 talented specialists on board these guys have a superb foundation of digital, analytics and data in place to provide perfect foundations to launch paid media (PPC/Paid Social/Display Programmatic) within their offering.

Constantly evolving and aiming to innovate rather than follow, my client is regarded as a leading performance marketing hub for the digital age. Users from around the globe return on a recurring basis, often daily and the fan following extends to social media, CRM and email programs.

The growth to date has been insane and it's set to continue at the same pace so I need an experienced paid media specialist who excels in their field and can demonstrate achievements and successes which they can bring with them and roll out in a new environment which heavily rewards excellence. You will be given the freedom, autonomy and required resources to grow out a team around you and really make it your own. This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial nature that wants to expand line management experience and gain new skills in business growth.

The role:
-Management and responsibility of paid search campaigns
-Work across multiple search engines and markets
-Meet/achieve specific online goals
-Optimization of accounts
-Budget management
-Improving adverts, landing pages etc
-Manage and enhance Adwords (Bingwords) campaigns
-Working across various verticals, campaigns and clients
-Manage and enhance paid social campaigns
-Work with partners to build a multi-channel paid media team
-Planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
-Keeping up to date with the paid search industry
-Ensure appropriate tools and assessments are in place
-Achieving goals and meeting targets

-Systems oriented and data driven
-Strong sense of ownership / sense of urgency
-Data lover, able to accurately track and analyze key data points
-An innovator
-Advanced with paid advertising platforms
-Excellent communication skills
-Able to establish priorities
-Experience in developing standards and setting deadlines
-5+ years’ experience in SEM, particularly in paid search
-Strong analytical skills
-Understanding of digital acquisition and strategy
-Exp in iGaming (sports and casino verticals), Financial Services
-Strong exp with pricing models, metrics and optimization
-Excellent understanding of GA, Hotjar and similar insight tools
-PPC tracking/reporting and best practice
-Consistent and accurate reporting
-Experience running A/B tests
-Experience working with content, UX to streamline the user flow ensuring high conversion rates
