Are you an AV Engineer wanting an office based role? If so then then check this! 

Responsible for in bound fault ticketing and the direction of helpdesk function for audio visual equipment for various job sites and the proactive management of updating collaboration technologies.

-          RMA management

-          Call logging / ticketing / 1st line support within there SLA

-          Service desk escalation / raising tickets (service incidents)

-          management manufacturer portfolio including software/firmware

-          Providing phone/email tech support

-          Maintenance contract compilation, renewals and record keeping

-          Manufacturer warranty record keeping and renewals

-          IMS and Quality Policy awareness and development

-          Meeting room checks and management

-          Training matrix management

-          Manage the updates of Surface Hubs, liaising with Warehouse to understand when Hubs are being scheduled for install and ensure they are updated

-          Liaise with Warehouse, Service Engineer and Sales support

-          Maintaining Service stock – Engineering department

-          Making sure Service Department is clean and tidy and acting on any H&S issues

-          Manage the service tools and test kit and keep track on where they are and who has them

-          To work with sales to identify  new products being sold



2 years audio visual experience - installation/onsite/tech support

Effective communication skills at all levels especially client facing

Good numeracy and written skills

CRM experience

Must be well organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively

whilst dealing with clients pro-actively

Quick response to service desk tickets

Able to work individually and as part of a team

Good time keeping and dressed accordingly for the job in hand

Fully compliant with The Health and Safety at work act 1974

Clean driving licence and current passport holder
