My client is a Sunday Times Tech Track top 50 company who have grown year-on-year and are proud to work with some huge blue chip brads acorss telco, travel, finance and also some top tier charities.
A 70 strong agency made up of six core teams: Client Services, Digital Media, PPC, Content & Organic Search, Ad Operations & Tech and Data & Analytics, an independent agency within a group structure, this is an agile & nimble agency where staff development is based upon individual’s strengths and aspirations and everyone gets rewarded and promoted quickly through hard work and strong performance.
The media team currently comprises of 3 teams each responsible for the planning and buying for their allocated clients. All teams are looked after by the Head of Media and supported by the Ad Ops team who traffic, track and provide campaign data.
-Taking the lead for a range of clients
-Working with the Head of Media & Client Service Directors
-Managing, mentoring & developing the AM & AE’s
-Line managing team of 4
-Challenge clients & briefs
-Ensure mutually rewarding client relationships
-Deliver first class media output at all times
-Media planning – across devices
-Be on top of, and care about latest developments & technology
-Build an understanding of the other disciplines within the agency
