My client is a London based Search Marketing Agency who also provide Social, Data Analytics and Online Branding services. From their origins as a small PPC agency they've grown into a large global independent agency, with 5 group brands, 7 offices, over 200 clients and over 170 employees. Their London office is ~20% of the global business with ~30 staff and ~40 clients. 

They are seeking a versatile digital project manager to:
  • Lead & ensure exceptional delivery on designated projects 
  • Become the key point of contact for a number of our multi-business unit clients with a view to strategy ownership, client service and mutual beneficial growth delivery
  • Play a pro-active role in the delivery of new business pitches
This is a new role for the digital agency to help fuel future growth and continued exceptional delivery across their growing client base, including the increasing volumes of new services, multi business unit clients and project work we undertake. You will be part of every business units’ operations, happy to work ‘hands on’ and be able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders. You are expected you to have relevant experience across digital marketing channels.

The Role
  • Project manage across the business units, partners and client teams where assigned
  • Be one of the primary day to day contact for clients / prospects / partners
  • Understand client’s objectives and their unique customer service requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong agency relations with clients / prospect / partners
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge base across our business units 
  • Handle client requests for new and existing campaigns / projects 
  • Work in a consultative manner with input into client strategy 
  • Write high quality plans, proposals, briefs, rfps, tenders and wash-ups
  • Manage multiple projects / tasks at once 
  • Support business unit leads, helping to manage workflow and 360 communication
  • Co-work with our group branding, design, creative agency as appropriate
  • Ensure key deliverables are delivered on a timely basis to the highest quality
  • Troubleshoot problems, emergencies and get ‘hands-on’ when needed
  • Input into company growth and operations, reporting ultimately to the CEO UK 
  • Fluency in English (other languages a plus)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Apps
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management Tools / Processes
  • Advanced knowledge of Search Marketing, Ecommerce and Marketing in general
  • +2 years’ experience in similar roles in agencies and / or client-side 
  • Relevant university education
