Joining the digital marketing team, you will be delivering best practice digital advertising activity, providing day to day optimizations & strategy input on pay-per-click (PPC) and display advertising campaigns across multiple revenue streams. A strong commercial focus will be required. The role will suit an individual who enjoys a fast paced environment focusing on commercial return across the product range.

  • Day to day self-management of Paid Search Accounts
  • Manage large PPC budgets
  • Drive the PPC Strategies forward, meeting trafficking requirements, per different channels, per month
  • Daily updates with the Digital marketing manager  with Monthly projections insight
  • A/B Testing's of adverts across different networks
  • Identify/ Execute potential new keywords and campaigns across all networks
  • Management of Digital Agency for paid activity
  • Defining and Communicating PPC growth strategies; developing a constant test and learn approach
  • Evolving PPC strategy through data and insight to improve the level of detail in message targeting and landing page experience
  • Working with the onsite team and PPC agency to deliver an onsite optimisation roadmap; improving conversion rate of the PPC channel, particularly on mobile specific strategies
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, particularly between the PPC and SEO teams
  • Have at least 3 years PPC Experience
  • Experience managing large PPC budgets
  • Proficient in Google AdWords, Bing & Facebook advertising
  • Knowledge/proof of Editor Tools for all major search engines
  • Understanding of Google Analytics
  • Experience managing external agencies and paid budgets.
  • Utilisation of A/B testing through paid channels
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Understanding of online, eCommerce and digital marketing
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • A self-motivated problem solver with a can do attitude to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience working on large PPC accounts and scaling operations in an efficient way
  • Knowledge of the whole PPC campaign process from keyword research, budget forecasting, campaign set up, bid optimisation & management and reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
  • Expert knowledge of Google Adwords and Analytics (Google adwords qualification is required)
