The Performance Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the excellency of the Performance campaigns activation (achievement of the media KPI, clients satisfaction), management of the Performance activity profitability and leading by excellence the whole Performance traders and/or consultants across the operation centres.

Performance activity management:
  • manage and follow up the Performance (PPC, Ecommerce…) activity across platform & environment (desktop & mobile)
  • ensure targets achievement with PPs consultants: margin, performance, productivity, ratios
Partnership management:
  • contribute to Performance tech partner's selection in coordination with the Team leader
  • activate the right tech stack
  • manage vendors (Google…) and tech partners
Quality management:
  • identify and share best practices: application, quality, safety & accuracy
  • manage PPs SLA and clients SLAs and ensure control application
  • follow-up content updates and delivery accuracy for all financial process
Previous Experience & Industry Background:
  • 8+ years’ experience in 360 Media
  • Marketing, Advertising

  • Performance campaigns management: PPC mainly, but additional channels a plus (Ecommerce such as Amazon & other retailer brands)
