My client is a global leader in the events space and due to their ongoing growth there is now an opening for a new addition in their marketing team.
I need someone with a good understanding of the broader marketing mix but with a true passion for digital and in particular paid search.
The role will be varied and in turn you'll get great exposure to different channels and markets. There is a well-established team in place which you can collaborate with and learn from to create robust and effective content-led, multi-channel, 12-month marketing plans for each event. You'll be planning and executing marketing campaigns on time and on budget across email, digital, social, PR, direct mail, editorial coverage, print and online advertising, special print and on-site signage.
-Optimising on site attendance conversion rates
-Supporting sales teams by generating leads and producing sales collateral
-Engaging the community year-round with relevant and valuable content
-Developing and maintaining a high level of sector knowledge
-Working with partner associations and colleagues
-Creating intelligent marketing strategies
-In-depth market research
-Working with the in-house designer on design concepts
-Managing the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI
-Managing event websites
-Perform regular audits
-Maximise effectiveness and update appropriately
-Work closely with PR agencies
-Establishing relationships with media, personalities and companies
