Paid Social / Display specialist needed for 6-12mth contract to start ASAP.  

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a huge global tech brand. 

The role: 
Planning and execution of channel strategy across EMEA, in line with business objectives
Manage digital marketing platforms and vendor partners to build brand awareness, generate TOFU inquires and drive lead generation and conversion rate objectives. 

Manage digital agencies and vendor partners to secure new/ advantageous opportunities to promote and differentiate the client brand and optimize the budget.

Work cross-functionally to integrate the digital marketing plan; planning & co-ordination with Program, Field and Channel Managers.

Work closely with the Display and Paid Social agency team to forecast performance and budget, identifying opportunities to push performance and highlight potential risk to the business.

Be seen as the ‘go to’ expert for Display and Paid Social, ensuring key stakeholders are kept up to date with performance, initiatives, industry updates and strategy of the channel.

Look for new digital routes to communicate the client story to increase brand awareness, drive end user engagement and TOFU inquiries. Make recommendations for content curation.

Drive and support digital execution which retains and grows the social community.

Co-ordinate with internal Digital Marketing channel managers to ensure integrated messaging, audience targeting and marketing approach.

Tracking, reporting and analysis using industry standard digital marketing metrics. Integration of reporting with EMEA Performance Manager to ensure one overall report.

Interlock with global marketing to seek governance, efficiencies and consistency.

Ensure that the agency are hitting weekly and monthly performance KPI targets, identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiencies within the channel.

Co-ordinate with internal Digital Marketing channel managers to ensure integrated messaging, audience targeting and marketing approach.

Work closely with internal client CRM team and field marketing teams to build a customised marketing strategy based on first party data, adapting copy and tailoring messaging based on how we speak to existing customers.

• Solid hands-on experience in a Display and Paid Social marketing role
• Experience trafficking and reporting within an Ad-Server
• Experience working with social media platforms
• Experience forecasting performance, working to meet key performance KPIs on a weekly basis
• Experience of working with a DMP and building a strategy for first party audiences
• Ability to proactively build strong working relationships with key agencies and partners
• Line management experience is preferred
• Experience of working with web analytic platforms
• A commercial, numerate and analytical mind set
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively
• Strong attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
• A Logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders
• An understanding of media landscape cross-channel
• Client side experience ideal but not a show stopper
