A fantastic role has opened up to work for one of the most recognizable brands in the world. In this role you will be working in the fulfilment operations of all ecommerce orders, from dealing with customers and colleagues; to understanding how to improve performance and efficiency - this role is for an all rounded hard worker.

  • Develop innovative delivery concepts with internal or external logistics providers to ensure a superior customer journey and a high conversion rate
  • Identify and evaluate new fulfilment trends to satisfy today’s and tomorrow’s customer expectations
  • Liaise with the eCom warehouse to guarantee efficient logistics processes and avoid outbound and return handling backlogs
  • Work with 3rd party customer service providers to ensure professional and state of the art communication standards and manage the expansion to new channels and regions
  • Create best in class customer service processes and handle 3rd level customer inquiries
  • Proactively monitor the performance of warehouses, carriers & customer service
  • Create and run regular performance reports and develop measures to prevent delivery bottlenecks, high return rates and customer service backlogs
  • Specify business requirements for new features to brief internal and external developers
  • Provide forecasts to internal and external parties for effective resource planning
  • Constant optimization of existing working structures and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar field
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in eCommerce, logistics or related areas
  • Experience in coordinating and monitoring internal and external service providers and resources
  • Proven experience in managing cross functional projects
  • Ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to take own initiatives and work independently on assigned tasks with little guidance as well as accept direction on given assignments
  • Capability to confidently represent business interests towards internal and external parties
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Fluent in English and German is a must
