This company has over 20 years of experience within event production supplying the audio, visual and lighting solutions for a range of corporate events in the UK and Europe. As a supportive organisation they are a hard working, friendly, talented team and an opportunity has now opened up for an ambitious person to join them as a Projects Assistant.
The position will see you play a key role in supporting the projects and business development teams with various operational and logistical aspects of each events delivery phase as well as assisting with quotes and client pitches. You will be the first line of contact for clients assisting them with any enquiries they may have as well as liaising with external suppliers for additional resources, crew and sub hires. As you grow into the role you will naturally gain more responsibility which will see you managing clients and having a further positive impact on the event delivery process
You have a clear background and understanding of the event production process specifically related to the delivery of audio, AV, and lighting. You may currently be a technician looking for a route into project management or an experienced coordinator looking for a similar gateway. Either way, you are familiar with the above mentioned technology, you have a great eye for detail, you have excellent communication and organisational skills plus you work equally well on your own and in a team.
