Your proven knowledge of professional audio, AV and lighting systems coupled with your great communication and passion will make you an invaluable asset for this Buckinghamshire based company who are experts in delivering live event productions and bespoke AV installations for leisure and entertainment across Europe and other parts of the globe because they now require a Technical Support Manager.
This position will see you as the main point of contact for all technical issues that arise with the company’s event and installation projects in the UK and overseas. Your ability to provide technical support and aftercare remotely and face to face will see you working closely with internal teams, venues,event technicians and project managers and will fully utilise your fountain of knowledge across AV audio and lighting along with your a keen interest or knowledge of AV system design.
As well as providing technical support you will also have the opportunity to project manage, design and support the delivery specific client events as well as oversee the management of all technical inventory. So if variety is something you want then this role will more than provide it.
