In collaboration with the Paid Search Trader & Paid Search Trader Senior, the Paid Search Trading Executive is responsible for supporting paid Search buying operations for global client portfolio. The Paid Search Trading Executive supports the operation of Paid Search activities on the client’s portfolio.

  • Support the operation of the Paid Search activity of the client’s portfolio
  • Follow and implement the global Paid Search trading processes.
  • Drive the global Paid Search media campaigns delivery and their profitability
  • Insure the respect of procedures
  • Regular basis reporting activities and results
  • Report major clients activities and campaigns
  • Responsible for the delivery, performance and quality of the operations for the Client portfolio
  • Manage day to day operations of Global paid Search campaigns (Strategy, plan and online buying)
  • Perform in-depth analysis of campaigns using internal reporting tools and third party tools
  • Create new campaigns and targeting strategies alongside creating both keywords & ad texts
  • Advise and develop the best structural approaches to maximize campaign success
  • Manage budgets to ensure proper allocation in accordance with goals
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and selection for campaigns
  • Daily campaign pacing adjustments to deliver campaign budgets and ordered units
  • Daily campaign optimizations using BI (Business Intelligence) tools and Excel based data analysis
  • Communicate with clients regarding needs, results, etc.
  • Good knowledge of digital advertising landscape; specifically in Paid Search and search engines (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads …)
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators for continuous improvement of marketing campaigns
  • Provide monthly reporting & analysis to clients. Must monitor campaign results and analyze/report key metrics as needed
  • Regular reporting updates to Senior paid Search Trader
  • Weekly report of management statistics for their campaigns (performance, pacing etc.) and optimization recommendation proposals
  • Ad hoc reporting requested by Traders & Senior Traders
  • Support the technical optimizations of Paid Search trading tools and solutions
  • Contribute directly to turnover and cash flow growth; as well as reaching objectives determined by the shareholder
