Media Account Director
B2B Tech Sector

This is an exciting opportunity for you to progress your media career with a vibrant, fast growing agency committed to delivering ground-breaking and award-winning ideas to a diverse range of global B2B clients.

The role:
• Lead a client account management team across multiple clients in the B2B tech space, developing and executing integrated digital media campaigns
• Lead planning and buying across all digital channels, including: premium display, programmatic, paid social, paid search, demand generation and email, as well as offline media such as OOH and print
• Manage a media team of 2-3 media professionals
• Work with other internal teams such as the paid social, programmatic, analytics, content, creative and strategy in coordinating and delivering campaign program work
• Drive and develop media campaign strategy
• Lead briefing, planning and activation of media programmes
• Lead client communications
• Help build and strengthen key client relationships
• Pull together research and ongoing performance reports adding analysis and insights
• Maintain timelines for client work and provide regular updates to your team and to clients
• Be on the front-foot with knowing where projects are at, at any given time

Who we are looking for:
• Have experience in the B2B technology media industry
• Have experience in managing multiple B2B clients
• Experience in planning and buying international media campaigns across EMEA and preferably beyond.
• Have built up core experience in digital media planning and buying
• Have a solid working knowledge of core digital channels: Premium Display, programmatic, paid social, paid search and demand generation/content syndication
• Have natural client communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a good team leader and effective manager of people
• Have a natural enthusiasm for paid media and marketing
• Be an effective problem solver
• Have a passion for digital, an interest in B2B marketing and the tech industry
• Good knowledge and experience in planning and buying multi channel digital campaigns for B2B brands
• First rate client management ability
• Engaging personality and genuine interpersonal communication skills
• Interest or experience in digital media/marketing
