The teams are organised in hubs to ensure the work is centred around clients' requirements rather than just channel specific solutions or teams. This is in line with what clients are asking for in today’s ever-changing market.
Account Managers work alongside Account Directors as the link between Client Services and the rest of the agency. These guys are all about client focused solutions and impeccable communication and project management skills. They are obsessed with client deliverables and they won’t rest until these are delivered and any problems are solved.
You will be involved in the day-to-day management of a portfolio of client accounts which are spread across tech / finance / retail and many more. You will be required to assist on, and lead client projects (planning, implementation, budget management, invoicing and reporting), working closely with all teams in the agency, bridging the gap between the clients and our channel specialists to ensure that all work is delivered on brief, on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
-Day to day delivery of your clients’ projects
-Keep everyone moving, spot potential challenges and avoid them
-Help everyone deliver, never think that something isn’t “your job”
-Regular contact with clients and build strong relationships
-Think on your feet and to provide solutions
-Responsible for campaign implementation
-Regular reports, calls, meetings and performance updates
-Evaluating campaign effectiveness by reviewing key KPIs
-Working with finance for billing and invoices
-2+ years within the digital industry
-A logical, objective, organized and systematic approach to work
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Passion for digital marketing communications
-Great project management skills
