My client, an award winning global agency with multiple sites in the UK has just approved a brand new opening in the offline team. You will need to have gained experience in a media / advertising agency or similar and thrive in the fast paced environment that agency offers. The main objective is to drive direct business from marketing activity.

If you are a strong Account Manager or senior Account manager with experiecne in TV planning and buying , looking to take a step up, please read on.

The Role
-Managing clients business to ensure optimum spend
-Key media owner negotiation
-Ensuring buying standards are maintained
-Maintaining media owner relationships
-Instigating planning and client related business initiatives
-Ensuring that systems are being properly and demonstrably utilised
-Understanding and involved in improving client satisfaction
-Establishing and managing longer term client strategies
-Taking responsibility for team motivation
-Understanding client profitability and being flexible
-Involved in new business generation
-Creating reports which can be utilised for client retention and acquisition
-Providing insight of day to day client/team/media owner issues
-Leading client meetings and general day to day relationships
-Involved in strategic team thinking
-Involved in team PDRs
-Involved in recruitment process within team
-Ownership of client payments and queries
-Overseeing team to ensure client servicing
-Aware of all agency resource and accommodating where required
-Identify potential to cross and up sell other ARM tools/media
-Signposting clients to relevant resource within account teams
-Responsibility for ensuring regular client strategy and status meetings are implemented
