You will already have a strong practical knowledge as to how an efficient warehouse process should function and ideally you will either already be a Warehouse Manager in an event production warehouse or a Senior Warehouse Technician looking to make that step up. You will have a good level of management or supervisory experience and be aware of the technical areas of event production covering light audio and AV.
You are a natural organizer, someone who is very process-driven, tidy, diligent and has an acute understanding of the deadlines and pace required to run a successful technical production warehouse.
You will have the autonomy to make sure that the warehouse continues to maintain its high standards. You will be a pivotal contact between the operations and project teams ensuring that all kit is prepped, tested and ready to go to events in the UK and Europe. You will also be responsible for a small team of technicians making sure each person carries out their relevant duties, managing any additional hours required within the warehouse and notifying the aforementioned teams of any shortages in inventory. As a natural organizer, you will be expected to ensure that all relevant processes are adhered to and that the in house stock management system is used to its full capability.
On offer is a good basic salary relative to experience and the opportunity be an integral part of a successful team. So for consideration and more information apply now with your full technical CV
