The Paid Search and SEO channels are combined to form one team, which has inside 2 individual specialist teams that are unified through their vision, operations, and team development.  The Paid Search team are responsible for planning, buying and managing Paid Search campaigns as well as multi market coordination within the retail, FMCG, automotive, finance and technology, industries.

You, the ideal candidate will be expected to use your own initiative in setting up processes and expectations for this key account search team. You will be expected to lead by example, growing the client base via new wins, engagement renewals and upselling new services.
  • Exceptional paid search experience managing Direct Response clients, ideally multi market campaigns
  • Experience utilising DR search tactics, optimising and developing search accounts to hit performance targets is essential
  • Experience using Search management platforms, in particular SA360
  • Understanding of how to execute PPC, including Google Shopping
  • Experience of advanced PPC features such as DSA, RSA, Audiences and DDA
  • Expert knowledge of search measurement capabilities
  • Experience actioning in channel and digital attribution to optimize search campaigns
  • An understanding of how search can integrate with other digital and offline channels
  • Exceptional project management, coordination skills
  • Experience working with client leadership teams with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience developing and leading client relationships
  • Exceptional people management skills, including support and development of at least 2 junior team members
  • Effective and efficient working style and approach to management & mentorship
  • Logical and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Language skills desirable

  • Take responsibility for the operations of your team managing your client portfolio 
  • Be the central client contact
  • Apply best practice rigor to the way the team operates and manages the execution of paid search campaigns
  • Be forward thinking and innovative in the development of search accounts and business opportunities, always thinking of additional or new services we can offer our clients
  • Attend all important internal and external client search meetings to present, train and provide outstanding levels of client service in a proactive manner
