This position of Service and Support Engineer will see you using a mix of skills covering technical service , design and integration project management ,the platform for your success in the role will be your technical knowledge and structural design of digital signage/LED products and solutions, your high levels of customer after care plus your ,internal and external stakeholder communication.
The numerous years of expertise you have gained with digital signage will be key to the successful sales after care you deliver to customers and as you evolve in the role you will gain deeper exposure to other areas such as service delivery ,operations and projects
