Snr Application Support Solutions Specialist – Python / Analytics
Our client is an exciting interactive technology solutions company that sits in the heart of media and pushes the boundaries of analytical technologies that seek to challenge the convention and deliver precision analysis for effective campaigns.
You will join a team of 50 in a kind of start up culture within an established offering and your dual role will be to provide high level technical support and program management in the delivery of continued application and feature development. You will be the lead support providing technical expertise for the product whilst overseeing the third party development team in the scope and sprint planning and release of versions of the product.
Duties will include:
- Technical support
- User administration and role management
- Training and support documentation
- Management of bugs / issues / enhancements backlog
- Performance monitoring and usage reporting
- System admin management of the cloud partner platform
- Program Management and holding stakeholder meetings
- Overseeing technical product development
- Functional testing and Analysis
