My client is one of London’s fastest growing independent agencies, covering PPC / SEO / Social / Display / Data and offline. The accounts are unrivalled, the agency has an impressive list of retained accounts with top tier brands across luxury fashion, retail, travel and tech.

You will work on 3 or 4 of the top tier accounts, giving you exposure to global brands. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day client relationship and for the delivery of paid search projects for your clients. These are top tier accounts for the agency with £big spends. This role requires an experienced and talented account manager with a proven track record of success managing multiple large scale campaigns.

 
The role:
-Manage the relationships between agency and client
-Work with team to develop a business growth plan for clients
-Ensure YOY growth is planned and achieved
-Ensure delivery against agreed business growth & strategy plan
-Maintain client retention and satisfaction
-Run monthly business reviews for each of your clients
-Monitor paid search project performance, timelines and budgets
-Nurture client relationship, build trust and rapport
-Respond to briefs, attending meets, status reports and milestones
-Identify and resolve issues before they arise
-Give good strategic advice to clients
-Manage and work collaboratively with cross channel teams
-Work with teams to optimise PPC campaigns
-Maximise performance
-Execute live changes on the search accounts and run regular checks
-Oversee Ad Copy, Keywords and search query reports
-Liaise with third party software providers
-Conduct daily checks for your accounts
-Be proficient / familiar with Google, Bing, Marin, DoubleClick, Kenshoo, Excel

 
Requirements:
-Solid paid search agency experience
-Google Shopping experience
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
-Excellent project management skills
-Proven experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules
-Strong client management skills
-Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
-Advanced knowledge of Paid search tools and techniques
-Advanced knowledge of Excel and powerpoint
-Advances DoubleClick for Search and Kenshoo
