Film, TV, and events are the three areas this technical production company is looking to grow and expand into and they need your help to do it.

They have built a solid name for themselves by supplying technical production resources to address the video, motion, and virtual aspects for a range of projects and they feel now provides a great opportunity for them to further expand their reach in the above areas of entertainment and they would love you to join them on this journey.

The purpose of the position will be for you to proactively source, negotiate and close new business, from within the events, film and TV world and then grow your client base into profitable and sustainable accounts to ultimately increase revenue.


The Role
Working closely with the Directors you will all share your relevant industry knowledge to target key customers who will benefit from the production company’s visual and virtual services such as motion design, VR/XR production, video/data production, profiling the relevant agencies, projects with the aim and ability to get your foot in the door to start building relationships with key stakeholders within film, events and television production.

About You
Yes, the landscape is changing, and you have the network, vision, and acumen to seek out the right opportunities and you know how to execute that smooth transition for the customer from them being newly acquired to being placed in the hands of the project specialist.

You are a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of sales success within the technical production areas of either TV production, film production, or virtual/live event production and you are able to show:
  • A good network in at least one of the production areas of film,TV, or events
  • An understanding of the relevant technology used in the appropriate  sector(s)
  • Experience in putting together RFQs, RFPs, and tenders
  • A proven track record of sales success for  at least the last 3 years
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
