Our client is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to work on a key UK new business win. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering a best in class affiliate programme for a new client, they will also be pivotal in driving forward growth and development of the programme. The role requires previous and in-depth experience working within the affiliate space, either client, agency or network side. Previous experience working within the UK travel sector would be beneficial.

Role responsibilities
  • Hands-on Affiliate campaign management from set-up to optimisation and measurement within DCM and Affiliate specific tracking technologies
  • Carry out thorough reactive optimisations across products based on current performance trends within the channel
  • Assist the Affiliate Account Director on media plan creation by collating the required data and insights using the relevant tools, and accessing relationships with partners to gain further anecdotal insight
  • Manage client media briefs with the AD’s guidance ensuring appropriate budgets are secured and clear and achievable KPIs are agreed
  • Implement and analysis testing and innovation opportunities to optimize affiliate campaigns to improve performance
  • Complete client reporting in a timely manner and to the required standards
  • Carry out regular campaign and budget management checks • Contribute to regular client meetings preparing material and presenting on performance and account actions
  • Analyse campaign data to inform future optimisation opportunities and drive actionable insights
  • Work with the Account Director to scope out new opportunities to improve performance, assess new partner opportunities and drive innovation
  • Effectively communicate with your Manager, Client Team and Client regarding deadlines and delivery of work

Core Competencies and skills required
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • An Affiliate specialist with strong hands-on experience, able to understand the day to day but also see the bigger picture
  • Comfortable with navigating through the different networks, tracking solutions and thirdparty tools. Experience with Tradedoubler would be a benefit
  • Proficient with optimising affiliate campaigns to meet key KPIs and meet internal client business requirements
  • Analytically minded with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Eager to improve knowledge and skills through continuous training
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Experience using features of Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Pro-active and driven to deliver best in class planning and output for the client
  • You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
