  • Technical Account Management overseeing international clients across the globe
  • First line technical support
  • Onboarding and Training – providing technical application support
  • Management of bugs and resolving technical issues
  • Liaison with the technical teams

Prior experience in senior technical account management experience is required
  • A strong working knowledge of SQL
  • A proven problem-solving mindset
  • Strong user-facing communication skills
  • Sound understanding of database development and administration
  • Experience with report and dashboard design
  • Use of data manipulation and visualisation tools
  • Technical understanding of how data is stored, manipulated and transferred
  • Some experience of system integration technologies and use of APIs
  • Good numerical competency and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
