Are you an experienced IT Support Technician who loves working with both Mac and Windows operating systems, has excellent experience with MS Teams, Azure Active Directory and you love the idea of working for an organization that sees themselves as more of a family as opposed to just a company then this may be for you.

The team is busy, and the Manager currently has a very heavy workload so your role as Senior IT Support Technician will be to take some of that weight off his shoulders and take ownership of the relevant day to day tasks, activities, and projects required to support a diverse base of users that comes in at just shy of 200 people spread across the UK and Europe.
You will also support and work closely with the IT Security Manager, Service Desk Manager, and the company’s outsourced service provider and this will see you assisting with the prevention and correction of any security threats as well as the management of any service requests
- Very comfortable and highly skilled with both Windows 10 and Mac operating systems
- Experience with MS Teams
- Excellent experience with Azure Active Directory
- EUC life cycle management experience
- Android and iOS knowledge
- Experience with SQL, Citrix and networking
- Application of IT security standard protocols policies and standards
- Involvement with tech/business projects related to cloud-based and on-site systems
