A niche agency with a global reach is looking to appoint a Head of Client Development to deliver their brand-safe influencer marketing solution. This role will focus on developing new business and driving strategic growth.

The role will include planning and delivering inspiring and informative presentations to clients and agencies to help meet business goals.

Pillars of the role:

Drive business growth – working methodically with a growth mindset, finding solutions for client requirements. you will be empowered to share knowledge and recommend new revenue opportunities across Influencer and content marketing.

Deliver a great service – Work closely with Client Success team to support client proposal development that bring to bear all the benefits of the influencer marketing model.

Deliver results – Ensure high quality Response to Briefs for clients, tailored to meet their needs and which positions the agency to best deliver against client outcomes

Motivate the team – demonstrate clear comprehension of company values and business goals to motivate and empower junior members of the team to ensure first-rate client development process whilst driving revenue growth.

Experience required:

Application of industry & technical knowledge – knowledge of the online advertising industry with a focus on social, content and influencer marketing, trends, technologies, and pricing models. Strong content marketing knowledge and how to use platforms to meet client objectives.

Professionalism – be well organized, able to multi-task and handle your own time effectively, and able to work to deadlines. Understanding and effective use of key business systems, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Collaboration – work positively and proactively with all teams in across the agency’s products and services team.

Innovation – have a desire to learn and inquisitive nature that can help develop future products and services or evolve existing offerings. Ensure that products and services are trusted by the business, delight clients, and drive business growth.
