AV VC International Partner Manager

AV VC International Partner Manager - This new opportunity is a position that you will be able to make truly your own. The client is one of the UK biggest AV systems integrators who are growing and now looking to increase their worldwide reach. As part of the role, you will be offering a very much evolving product, it would be great if you possessed a very good knowledge of working with SharePoint. You will need to have an understanding and approach to work with different culture and the nuances of different environment the ability to think outside the box is ideal.

Role Overview:
  • International opportunity qualification
    • Develop and manage the process(es) for qualifying, assessing and processing new international sales opportunities
    • Present international sales opportunities to the International Business Development Deal Clinic and secure appropriate pre-sales resourcing
  • International solution development
    • Work with Account Managers to progress sales opportunities with all key functional contributors, including technical and service design; Global Services Team; international finance; Customer Solutions Support Team (including shipping & logistics); Regional sales/operations teams; OEM/Supplier representatives
    • Be the subject matter expert on international solutions
  • International Partner recruitment:
    • Identify and pre-qualify potential AV Partners in targeted locations
      • Ideally multiple partners in key locations
    • Work with procurement, finance and operations to lead the Partner due-diligence assessments
    • Assist the Contractor Approvals Team with International Partner on-boarding documentation & contracts; monitor the progress of the companies onboarding process, intervene and assist where required.
    • Negotiate International Partner delivery rates and SLAs
  • International Partner management
    • Work with Global Projects & Services and supported by Customer Solutions, ensure all international Partner performance is monitored and reported against SLAs
    • Provide a point of escalation for Partner issues
    • Lead partner reviews of:
      • Performance
      • Compliance
      • Service rates
    • Ensure suitable mechanisms are in place to enable bi-directional constructive feedback between the company and its partners
  • RfP Support
    • Provide support for International RfPs, including the provision of partner coverage information, assistance with commercials and content creation
  • Work with programme management teams to assist in the structuring of deal architectures for large global rollouts.
