An exciting opportunity has come about for a SEO lead to join an amazing team in Leeds.. The main focus of this role will be to aid in the delivery of the Agency's SEO and CRO.

The role includes three pillars:

Client:
Client efficiency monitoring and identify solutions to any client challenges
Own the senior stakeholder relationship
Identify new commercial opportunities
Grow the SEO client base
Help to grow CRO proposition – amongst TV clients as a starting point

Team:
Team training, promotions & management
Identify skill gaps in team and develop a high performing team
Work closely with the Paid Digital Business Directors to shape the direction of the digital department
Work closely with the CRO, SEO and Content managers to deliver on the vision and direction of the team
Align with the client teams on campaign planning, delivery and review.

Agency:
Research tools – make sure we have the best tech for the job required
Lead SEO strategy & proposition and help shape the story and direction of the SEO team
Lead CRO proposition and how it dovetails into our offline media
Lead the Content proposition and ensuring it is part of our skillset
Establish a way of working to answer a brief well
New business pitches
Keep the agency abreast of developments with client, team and industry updates

Requirements
Strong experience in SEO and CRO management
Strong experience across a range of SEO and CRO tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, VWO, Instapage, Data Studio, HotJar, Optimizely, Optimize etc)
Knowledge of SEO best practice
Strong client management skills and presentation skills
Ability to turn insight into action
Positive, ambitious and collaborative team player
Commercial awareness that will work with other teams to identify client opportunities
Inquisitive and questioning – ensure you are asking the right questions and seeing things through
Data driven – let the data do the talking and is driving the decision making process
Supportive and inclusive of a team that then fits into the wider agency
