The agency prides itself on its employee support, learning, development, and inclusive culture and they are now looking for a New Business Manager (NBM) to be part of their team.

Your role as the NBM will see playing a pivotal part in the global growth of the agency and if you are the right person the position will challenge you, unleash your growth potential and provide you with the platform to gain access to all aspects of the agency from a worldwide perspective.

You will have responsibilities across the areas of team operations, pitch project management, and business development, this will see you involved with pitches on a global and local level acting as a key point of contact and support ensuring all deliverables are met, overseeing the development of all pitch collateral, and contributing the production of pitches as well as providing accurate analysis and insights to support strategy and the wider business areas

Naturally, a role such as this will give you plenty of opportunities to work and collaborate with a number of teams, internal and external stakeholders within the agency network and across clients so you can expect to collaborate with your colleagues across teams such as product., strategy business systems and design.

You will also have one direct report, and this will see you taking responsibility for their growth, work, and development

As the ideal candidate, your background will either be from an agency with experience working in a client team, business development, or a data/insight /research related role.

This will have given you all or most of the following:
  • Pitching experience within a media environment
  • Confidence in your ability to approach people who sit at all levels of seniority
  • Ability to manage a process, work in a collaborative and independent manner
  • A natural ability to work with and interpret data and insights
  • Experience using research tools
  • Excellent problem solving
  • Solution focused mindset
