Your role is key to ensuring that the organisation’s operations continue to grow in an effective manner to meet the expected demands over the forthcoming periods of growth and you will be doing this by innovating and evolving best operational practices with a core focus on:

Resource & workload allocation
Improving efficiencies
Transformation
Streamlining
Culture & people

You will be working on various programs with large teams internally and across the sister companies within their network where you will be comfortable working on complex challenge’s utilising your experience of agile environments and change management to deliver an operational strategy that delivers the highest quality operational outcomes

About You

Strong Media operations background and knowledge
An understanding of Martech and Ad tech
Strong Project/Programme Management experience
Excellent operational foresight
