This role is to lead Programmatic POD under Activation team. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong background in digital and clear experience with DV360 platform.

This role has day-to-day responsibility for coordination and delivery of performance activity and operates as the main performance POC for our clients. They will make use of platform knowledge and account management practices to ensure effective management of projects to brief, schedule, budget and reporting. This is a leadership role which involves liaising and guiding senior client stakeholders, including Head of Demand Generation. There is also a requirement to support, Q&A and guide the internal Search team, with accountability for all search outputs. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage team members to deliver consistently across multiple campaigns
  • Become the “Go-To” person for clients on Digital Performance/branding
  • Accountability for digital media and all outputs include reporting, insights and PCAs
  • Translating client requirements into actionable delivery briefs. Organizing and prioritizing the delivery of multiple requests, campaigns and overseeing the creation of accurate documentation to deliver on brief, time and budget, then briefing of internal teams to develop and implement solutions
  • Ultimately responsible for SEM, Programmatic, and Display strategy and weaving into the overall campaign strategy. Supporting on channel roadmap development.
  • Take full responsibility for the account performance from start to finish
  • Accountable for Online reporting outputs via Datalap 
  • Responsible for Display Feed  Management and working with Saatchi to deliver dynamic display
  • Working with Planning to deliver Test and Learn Roadmaps, produced quarterly to drive tactical in-channel innovation and efficiencies
  • Accountable for ensuring activation adhere to best practice on finance and deliver timely reconciliation 
  • Ultimate accountability for adherence to controls and best practices across multiple channels
  • Accountable for live PPC finance and providing a clear view on a monthly basis 
  • Accountable for quarterly business review of products assigned
  • Coach and train junior members towards growth in channels/ client services
  • Issues identification, troubleshooting and communication management with internal and external clients
  • Work closely with CS and Planning & other CFUs across BT Group to ensure synergy 
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
  • Approximately 6 plus years’ experience in a digital media agency, a minimum of 3 years of media buying experience, minimum of 2 years of people management experience
  • Ability to tell stories and make the complex simple
  • A passion for performance marketing to drive business growth
  • Self-starter who can proactively influence clients to help evolve best practices and drive innovation
  • Experience in internal and external stakeholder relationship management
  • A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends
  • A natural ability to solve problems, collaborate and communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Strong understanding of optimization levers & testing approaches
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Great analysis skills (including quantitative analysis) and proven critical thinking capability
  • Proven experience managing people/teams, including responsibility for career development
  • Experience with Programmatic best practice development and desirable experience working in a global context to drive localization and adoption
  • Experience with planning and running larger-scale programmatic campaigns
  • Experience with Doubleclick search (and other bid management platforms e.g. Marin, Kenshoo)
  • Adwords Certification (Doubleclick certification is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)
