The Digital Planner / Analyst will operate in the Europe account team dedicated to this one client

This team is to serve various markets, operating in the region as one European hub to ensure world class integrated-media management is developed, communicated, implemented, measured and improved upon.

This team drives an integrated-media agenda, ensuring a balance between (long-term) brand and (short-term) ecommerce. Raising the bar for the network in terms of better media practice, consistency in approach, aligned measurement and faster centralized learning.

The Role:
As part of the client team based in London, you will focus on delivering reporting, best practice, governance and data-based decision making, across multiple channels and in 19+ EU markets
You will help to facilitate effective cross channel solutions across the brand and product campaigns
Your focus will be on delivering accurate and timely reporting, and working with the category planning teams to drive continual improvements to campaign performance

As a Digital Planner / Analyst you will:
Focus on measurement, test and learn, reporting and insight development – across paid social and programmatic
Work with the Digital Manager to identify areas for improvement and testing
• Ensure digital analysis best practice is adopted across all disciplines
• Be proactive in the measurement space – keeping up to date with trends, market insights and new opportunities
• Provide accurate and timely reports in line with reporting schedule across brand and product campaigns.
• Be instrumental in pulling together insights for PCAs and learnings to reapply into upcoming campaigns.
• Support in the development of European performance test and learn roadmaps, working with the measurement teams both internally across the network

You’ll be confident and fearless in pushing for performance – not only business performance but also team and your own personal development
You will be confident in presenting any reporting output, demonstrating your knowledge of the digital landscape and the ability to pull out trends, insights and anomalies in data

2. Client Account Management
You will be seen as a key member of the team primarily responsible for reporting across campaigns, but also to ensure the agency is able to build an understanding of how campaigns are performing and what insights you are able to glean from our campaigns.
You will have regular client contact, updating the teams on campaign performance and being involved with the measurement and test and learn process with adidas

3. Operating and Technical Requirements
• You’ll have proven skills ideally obtained within the sporting, fashion or apparel sectors
A solid understanding of Programmatic and Paid Social with a focus on brand
Knowledge of site analytics and reporting tools eg Google Analytics, Adobe
