The ideal candidate for this role will have 4 plus years of experience in a digital marketing environment, with a demonstrable track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns and digital solutions.

You’ll manage the activity of a talented team of strategists, UX experts and designers, developers, content creators and marketers, as well as managing day-to-day communications with the client.  
Reporting to the Digital Team Lead, this is a unique opportunity to make a big impact from day one, and be part of an ambitious team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Strong working knowledge of digital – strategy, design and branding, website development, digital marketing including paid social, paid search and/or paid display, reporting and analytical skills
  • Manage budget, timescales and ensure the work delivered is quality and on-brief, meeting clients’ expectations and goals
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills including producing or overseeing project plans and making sure these are closely monitored
  • Lead and develop client relationships, campaigns and projects with a focus on client satisfaction at all times
  • Take a leading role or supporting in new business (acquisition of new clients and upselling into existing clients) with a focus on achieving individual revenue targets
  • Position yourself as a trusted client partner and advising on ‘best practice’ approach
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, developments and news in the design and digital arenas
  • Lead by example and coach and assist with the personal and professional development of team members
  • Be a great motivator and team player
  • At least 4 years’ experience working in a digital marketing environment
  • Experience and understanding in project management best practice and using project management systems / tools e.g. JIRA, basecamp, smartsheets etc.
  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills with demonstrable ability to work on multiple client campaigns at once
  • Commercial awareness and appetite for client satisfaction
