This role includes the following:
Performance Marketing
- From a performance/digital activation background
- Support local/regional teams with development, refinement, and evaluation of ecommerce campaigns - writing briefs, setting KPIS, feeding back on agency plans, evaluating results
- Support data acquisition, strategy, and implementation
- Supporting local teams in understanding the challenges/barriers to drive effective ecommerce campaigns in their market
- Implement and feedback on the work of the Ecommerce Specialist on the bench to local markets
- Support bench in understanding local market requirements for digital evaluation of campaigns. Support adoption of incrementality framework.
- Support bench (team of digital experts) in facilitating pilots, rollout and localising guidance. Build knowledge and understanding of methodology.
- Help local markets set effective KPIs for all campaigns and accurately measure and understand media performance using the KPI framework (and vs benchmarks)
- Support the rollout of global digital performance playbooks to ensure best practice standards across regions
- Build effective and highly credible working relationships with regional teams on central S&S client
- Assist with the rollout of the Digital roadmap
- Proactively support the Team Leadership on various internal digital topics and thereby creating any working documents if needed
- Digital channel generalist, with past experience in activation
- Experience in working with martech tools such as DMP, etc if not with the tools but at least should be able to sketch the usability of these tools.
- Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks and channels
- Have gravitas and credibility to influence your client
This role has a competitive salary and is hybrid working (2 days per week in the office).
