AV Event / Installation Kit Specialist – This position will see you working closely with clients on ground-breaking innovations for production and installations, this role will combine technical skill and adaptability to engineer solutions, document discoveries and share knowledge. The role will also be adaptable to support other related teams, such as Broadcast, Live Event, Installations and Service with commissioning complex media projects, client onboarding and client support.

Overview:
• Setup and operation of a full spectrum of lighting, video and audio equipment
• Research and development of new products and software solutions
• Testing and documentation of new media solutions created in Innovations.
• 1st and 2nd line software operation troubleshooting and technical support for our clients
• Consultation with clients to enhance their user experience and share best practice knowledge of media solutions provided.
• Liaise with clients and wider teams as required to fulfil the delivery of complex media solutions on a live event, broadcast or installation
• Liaise and offer guidance and advice to Hire, Sales, Technical Departments and Project Managers around media equipment and solutions.
• Undertake preparation of equipment for an event or media installation, e.g. testing systems, building racks, pre-programming of shows, product demonstrations etc.
• Specialist programming of media servers and media systems on ground-breaking productions and installations.
