Full-Time Position - Hybrid working with 3 days per week in Central London office Competitive salary depending on experience + up to £2k personal bonus - Start ASAP
We are searching for a new Head of PPC with a focus on Google & Microsoft Ads but also the wider biddable media we offer (paid social, app installs, programmatic). You will be the ultimate lead for our 15-20 clients and your team of 8-10 account managers of various seniority levels. You will be part of agency management working alongside other Heads of Channels and C-level.
The Role
- Effectively understand your clients’ goals / needs.
- Manage the PPC team day to day and operations whilst delivering: Client growth, Paid search best practice, Innovative paid search strategies, Outstanding customer service
- Closely monitor performance of all accounts.
- Identify areas where performance needs improvement.
- Build strong relationships with clients and lead periodic key meetings.
- Build strong relationships with search engines and other biddable platforms
- Undertake a strategic ‘hands on’ role on any priority accounts and ensure your team have all other accounts covered (including short- and long-term plans)
- Identify areas where team members need training, organise and participate in delivery of structured training including the latest search engine updates
- Ensure agency methodologies, processes, training decks, reports, job specs, reviews etc… are evolved to an ever-improving high standard.
- Strong English (other languages a plus).
- +4 years PPC and wider Biddable Media experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint skills).
- Advanced knowledge of search engines platforms / products, analytics etc.
- Knowledge of shopping feed optimisation an advantage
- Deep understanding of paid search, e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Relevant university education (ideally maths, economics & marketing).
- Quick learner with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- You like maths/data crunching and are happy to be working in Excel (A LOT)
