It is a position that will see you support a very busy agency team, their clients and allow you to make an impact on the auditing and streamlining processes related to the taxonomy, media planning, and reporting.
This agency helps clients to marry media and creative for great results and your role will help contribute to even better outcomes.
Your position as Global Operations Director will see you as part of a team of four working closely with client teams within the agency acting as the ambassador for best practice when it comes to best-in-class delivery of end-to-end processes that will benefit the client, media planning, activation, and local teams.
The success you have in this role will be down to your extensive media technology operations and data troubleshooting knowledge, your project and process management experience, plus your knowledge of media agency functions and activation channels.
With the support of the technology team and your media platform knowledge you will play a key role in onboarding global clients, assisting with platform configuration, putting on workshops for internal teams and developing streamlined processes for media plans, taxonomy QA and reporting as well as resolving any data issues.
You have a background that illustrates:
- Excellent understanding of taxonomy compliance
- Strong experience with dashboard solutions such as Tableau and Power BI
- Strong experience with data analysis
- Excellent workflow management
