A progressive digital marketing agency based in London with a global client portfolio is looking to appoint a digital account manager. This agency pioneers a blend of marketing and technology to create marketing and sales strategies that deliver successful results for organisations across multiple sectors.

They are one of the largest and longest established UK partner agencies, with several offices in other cities such as Paris and Dubai.

They are looking for an experienced digital marketer and account handler to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have agency experience, ambition and is looking to take the next step in developing their career.

Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Account Manager will deliver digital marketing strategies, which meet (and exceed) the expectations and objectives of the client. Working within a dynamic, fast-growing agency with a great reputation and a clearly defined future.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Creating and delivering marketing strategies, based on evidence and insight
  • Advising clients on digital best practice and latest innovations
  • Managing a portfolio of clients ranging across different industries
  • Ensuring the strategy is on track, delivering results and meeting the objectives through regular measurement, review and refinement
  • Hitting KPIs around client retention, existing client growth and results delivered for your clients
  • Ensuring all processes from brief to delivery, are carried out to a consistently high standard
  • Ensuring that strategies are delivered on time and to budget
  • Attending client meetings and supporting the new business team in pitches when required
The ideal candidate will be experienced in planning and delivering effective digital marketing strategies. This agency is looking for someone who is a good team player and has a strong commercial awareness. You need to thrive on delivering results for your clients and must be able to keep calm under pressure in order to consistently deliver a high standard of work.

You will also be expected to have high levels of:

  • Organisational skills
  • Commercial thinking
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
  • Agency experience (Ideally both B2B and B2C clients)
  • Understanding of the SME market and the nuances that make them different to working for larger, corporate brands
  • Proven track record of delivering strategies across the entire marketing mix
  • Experienced and confident in presenting to clients
  • Marketing degree and/or CIM or IDM equivalent qualification.
