The Role
The Integrated Planning Manager is an integral part of a global network of specialists, split between London, New York and Dusseldorf. We manage all local outputs for the EMEA region. Tapping into expertise across the markets, we’re working to launch a new B2B brand, Kyndryl globally, having recently gone public on the NY Stock Exchange last year. This role offers opportunities to grow with a client who are seeking to innovate and break boundaries of traditional B2B advertisers.

Overview
The Integrated Planning Manager of the Direct Investment Team supervises all day to day planning/client service responsibilities along with the planning/client service activity implementation off or site direct activity; with a particular focus on Publisher content. Content Syndication, native & display channels. Reporting to the Planning Associate Media Director, the Direct Team. Planning Manager provides planning and media planning & buying recommendations internally and directly to the client. The Manager oversees preparation of media plans, execution of EMEA media planning, optimization overall project management of the account, reporting, as well as other internal and client facing deliverables. The Manager is also in charge of overseeing the Senior Associates and Associates in their day to day work.

Key Responsibilities/Roles:
  • Assist with negotiating/review all media pricingBe the first point of contact for our EMEA clients
  • Taking ownership of overall media plan ensuring key deliverables are met by our channel specialists Collaborate with Integrated Planning to ensure plans are on strategy and meet client objectives
  • Scope out opportunities for direct partnerships
Manage day-to-day plan changes/maintenance of media plans
  • Analyse campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to maximise campaign performance
  • Work with Research and Analytics to collect relevant information on & understand past historical performance
  • Develop point of views for relevant channels, partners and opportunities
Usage management of media credits
  • Budget Management

Approve Media Partner projections
  • Build & maintaining vendor relationships and innovation of strategies/tactics
  • Billing escalation
  • Act as liaison between agency and publishers
  • Work with Analytics and Strategic Negotiation teams on client deliverables

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • 2+ years experience in digital paid media, with a focus on investment and execution
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills to help junior team members grow
  • Client management skills to interact with stakeholders at multiple levels in the media planning process
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify a problem and jump in to find a resolution
  • Ability to pull key insights for Corporate clients on ways to improve campaigns
  • Mindset towards process optimisation, both through manual processes and through technology
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, demonstrating a mature ability to handle many things at once under pressure
  • Maintain a strong familiarity, if not outright expertise, with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, project management and time management skills
  • Detail oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of 3rd party media tools such as Comscore
  • Strong understanding of interactive media tools; Prisma, Google Analytics and Sizmek
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Digital Media, including Social, Search, SEO, SEM, Mobile etc. Programmatic, dOOH and Direct Partnership
