You’ll be commercially savvy with a focus on growing the agency's revenue and be responsible for continued client engagement. A compelling communicator, you’ll lead crucial client touchpoints with confidence. Additionally, you’ll be ambitious and keen to improve our product and service to better service their client portfolio.
This role will be at the heart of the agency and is crucial to ensuring that their clients remain satisfied and that there’s great quality, on time, on budget, high service standards for them. The ideal candidate will have digital marketing agency experience alongside being an excellent communicator, problem solver and analytical thinker. This is a key role that sits between the production, creative, strategy and project management teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead point across a varied client portfolio, owning the relationship and ensuring continued engagement with the agency
- Work closely with ad operations and planning team to develop complex and insightful strategies that meet the client's business objectives
- Identify and lead upsell opportunities across client portfolio
- Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews when required, showcasing the agency and the work that they do, in a professional manner
- Work closely with project managers and planning team to ensure creative meets client specifications
- Work closely with ad operations teams to ensure digital campaigns are generating meaningful impact for the client's business and they are regularly striving to improve performance
- Play a key role in pitching new business, owning the strategic narrative, working closely with the New Business team to ensure they are offering prospects an appropriate solution to their business challenges
- Pastorally manage junior members of the team
- A clear, confident and compelling communicator
- Excellent listener, negotiator and mediator, able to handle difficult client situations in the most diplomatic way
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Significant knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including but limited to, hands-on experience of paid social, search and programmatic platforms
- Comprehensive understanding of major analytics platforms and MMPs, including but not limited to, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, AppsFlyer and Adjust
- Significant knowledge of data aggregation and reporting platforms, preferably Funnel.io and Google Data Studio
- Experience managing multiple clients within different industries and verticals
- Experience developing processes that improve agency efficiency
- Experience pitching new business, and making a significant contribution to agency revenue
- Passionate about creative and innovative marketing solutions
