User Researcher (CX & UX)

If you have experience of digital design & build life cycle projects on various digital platforms and you have a strong user research background then this customer experience agency will be keen to meet with you.

The agency is recognized as a specialist and challenger when it comes to its services across digital,brand identity, social media, digital media, and advertising with clients in a number of sectors including automotive, FMCG, travel sports, and more.

Your role as User Researcher will see you sitting within a talented Platform Team who are responsible for all aspects of digital delivery across a number of owned platforms and channels and you will be working across all aspects of design that impact UX and CX on behalf of a global automotive client’s European market.

Your love of collaboration will be the key here as you work with teams spanning digital product design,data, project management, and creatives to formulate strategic plans, gather customer feedback, user research and insights with the use of data and analytics to support work that covers unique experiential experiences, large platform builds and key site enhancements.

The experience you have gained has seen you utilizing tools and techniques such as miro,Jira , tree, and click testing and you have proven experience in delivering strategy and research that has led to tangible enhancements to UX

You are someone who is a bit of a futurist and you are passionate about learning from different sectors on how to create best in class products and experiences.
