New Business Manager - Media, Activation & Data Agency

An Independent Media, Activation & Data agency are hiring for a new Business Manager to join a growing and successful team.

As a New Business Manager, you will drive the future growth of the business by bringing in new FMCG clients. You will enable this agency to become a known authority in commerce media through a range of marketing initiatives. You will support in the continous evolution of the agency's proposition by feeding back to the business how the market perceives their services.

Core Activities:
  • Work autonomously across the end-to-end new business cycle, from prospecting and outreach, to leading meetings and maintaining contact, through to closing the business – managing the commercial agreement, governance and onboarding process.
  • Manage our marketing channels, including the website, LinkedIn, our monthly newsletter and our monthly webinar programme.
  • Support on the development of the proposition, proactively shaping the strategy behind our growth and how to go to market.
  • Lead a number of cross-agency projects. Examples include managing the awards programme, being our technical Wix and SEO specialist, or running our events programme.
  • Full responsibility for the agency's new business margin target, alongside a requirement for detailed commercial reporting.
Desirable Experience:
  • A proven track record of delivering business growth in a fast-paced environment (sector experience is highly desirable).
  • A blend of strong commercial acumen and creative thinking.
  • A high degree of autonomy with a drive to succeed.
  • A strong problem solving/analytical mind-set, not afraid to challenge the norm.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skill set.
