An international agency group are looking for an SEO Specialist to join their Digital Marketing team of experts. The agency work with clients all around the globe and offices in different continents; you will focus on the European market working with all types of SEO.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation.
  • Full SEO Audits
  • Monitor, report and identify opportunities for improvements through SEO and make recommendations to improve website effectiveness and overall performance.
  • Run robots txt implementation reports
  • Occasional client liaison
  • Execute effective link building campaigns and other forms of valuable outreach tactics.
  • Analysis of Google search console and analytics data and strategic task creation
  • Stay on top of the latest SEO developments, advocating best practice and sharing your insights across the team.
  • Sharing regular insights about the changes taking place in Google and SEO tactics. Present to the company to keep everyone up to date
  • Take regular client meetings to share strategies and explain in a simple manner the importance of your tactics.
  • Deliver high quality client facing reports that have detailed explanations to results, recommend content updates and link strategies.
  • Be a self-motivator in advancing your knowledge on a daily basis and strive to be the expert of your clients field.
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience in managing clients, a bonus in working with E-commerce premium clients.
  • A self-motivated, charismatic, results-oriented professional with 3+ years of SEO experience (preferably in an enterprise-level agency environment)
  • You are data driven, curious and proactive
  • Proven track record of improving organic search performance.
  • Specialist knowledge of search engine crawling, indexing and ranking algorithms.
  • Experience in using web analytics software including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics & SEO intelligence tools.
  • A stickler for detail — someone with a keen ability to mine through data and extract relevant, actionable insights.
  • Someone with working knowledge of basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS and web standards would be an excellent asset
  • Experience in regular handling of client's technical SEO requirements.
  • Tech savvy and passion for all things digital
  • Strong presentation skills, experience in taking the complexities of SEO and simplifying them for clients to understand.
  • Good working knowledge of content marketing and how it fits into offsite strategy
