A progressive London-based media agency is looking to appoint a Paid Search Account Manager who will play an instrumental role in the digital advancement of one of their largest clients, ensuring executional excellence within the Paid Search channel, whilst being considerate of all Digital Paid Media contributing to a common goal in each market. In addition, working to support the development and growth of AEs within the team to contribute to an environment of curiosity and knowledge sharing.

  • Exceptional hands-on Paid Search experience and comprehensive knowledge of best practices.
  • Experience creating KPI and spend forecasts for media plans.
  • Experience managing regular account audits and optimisations to improve performance
  • Analytically minded with excellent attention to detail, and able to identify trends in large data sets.
  • Strong sense of accountability and management of finance process.
  • Excellent ability to build strong rapport with clients.
  • Experience supporting, developing, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Experience managing DR campaigns, understanding SA360 bid strategies and to drive performance and meet client KPIs.
  • Experienced in using automation to drive efficiencies.
  • Proficient in using advanced features available within third party platforms (SA360 and GA)
  • Able to clearly articulate the rationale for proposed campaign tactics (channels, budget, audience, formats etc.) and present these back internally and to clients
  • Understanding of how Paid Search can integrate with other digital and offline channels
  • Able to devise a testing approach/roadmap delivering statistically significant results.

The most important factor this agency will take into consideration for this position is a genuine interest in Search and Digital Marketing. You must be someone who has a passion for all things digital and is eager to learn and develop experience in the industry.

Additionally, ticking some of these boxes will help too:
  • 2 years’+ hands on experience in Paid Search, ideally in an agency role.
  • Solid experience in using bid management platforms (SA360, Kenshoo, Marin etc.) and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Omniture).
  • Proficiency in MS Office – especially in Excel and Power Point.
  • A solid understanding of the integrated Digital mix such as Display, SEO, Social and their benefits to PPC.
