A growing digital agency are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join its talented Paid Media team. You will have expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid media strategies to drive client retention and growth.
Your Role
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all paid media initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and execution of paid media strategies.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
Day-to-Day
- Planning and executing paid media campaigns.
- Analysing campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations
- Collaborating with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic recommendations.
- Communicating campaign performance and insights to clients in a clear and actionable manner
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign strategies.
About You
- Strong experience in managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Looker, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven history of delivering results and exceeding KPIs.
