As a Senior Paid Media Specialist you'll support the team and deliver top tier solutions, working collaboratively with senior mangers to set clear objectives and map out team and personal growth to ensure everyone achieves success and enhances their careers. 


The role: 
-Take ownership over your projects/clients 
-Account builds
-Keyword research
-Audience planning
-Account structure planning & idea generation
-Liaising with the creative team on asset production
-Day to day account checks
-Bid management and campaign adjustments
-Audience analysis
-Identify challenges and devising solutions
-Suggesting next steps to improve campaign performance
-Forecasting results for your clients
-Auditing accounts confidently

Requirements:
-2/3yrs years’ experience in digital marketing campaign management
-Google Ads Search Fundamentals, Google Ads Display, Google Ads Measurement
-A mathematical and analytical mind
-Exp in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
-Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g. complex formulae and PivotTables)

Next year there will be occasional on-site working, 2-3 days PW depending on team/client requirements.
